On Monday February 4th 2019 there was certainly something going on at the studios located on 55 Water street, Financial District Manhattan. Designers, models, press, buyers, influencers and tons of fashion lovers gathered together for New York Men’s Day (NYMD) which kicked off New York Fashion Week: Men’s Fall Winter 2019.
At the morning session designers brands Vasilis Loizides, Krammer& Stoudt, Sundae School, Descendant of Thieves and David Hart showcased their Fall Winter 2019 collections.
David Hart presented his collection of five wardrobe essentials ‘every man should own’. Distinguished outfits. Eye catcher was the timeless full length beige coat.
Krammer & Stoudt designer Michael Rubin with his partner Courtenay Nearburg, showcased a cool collection that was inspired by the Southern Californian subcultures in the late sixties, early seventies. Models were at ease while posing in over sized suits, faux fur coats, hats and boots. Eccentric, vintage style menswear.
New York based menswear brand Descendant of Thieves presented it’s unique collection inspired by the theme ‘ Love Thy Neighbor, But Dress Like Yourself! The models, they were lined up in great formation, were wearing stand apart jackets, vests and suits with surprising details in warm colors. Classic, exclusive menswear.
